Harajuko Station is a real train station located in the Shibuya area of Tokyo, Japan, next to Yoyogi Park. The station takes its name from the area on its eastern side, Harajuko or Harajuku (原宿). The station is internationally known for the people (especially girls) who dress up in different fashion genres. Visitors and photographers frequently visit the location. In fact, the term harajuko or harajuku has come to denote the Japanese fashion style, including Gothic Lolita, Ganguro, Gyaru, Kogal, and costume play. In fact, the bathrooms of the station often act as makeshift dressing rooms for the teenagers and others who dress in such fashions.
