Character History
Graphic Novel:Betty, Part 1
In a high school bathroom, the redhead student and two other girls degradingly talk about Betty. The cheerleaders think Betty would make a terrible addition to the squad. Their talk turns to the upcoming homecoming dance (which the redhead thinks has a lame theme) and the kegger planned for after. Gradually, the redhead student's face appears to be disfigured, and the brown-haired and black-haired students are frightened and run out of the bathroom, calling for help. The redhead student also leaves the bathroom, horrified. Together again, they are shocked to learn that the lesions have all disappeared.
Graphic Novel:Betty, Part 2
The day after Crash is found insane in the boy's locker room, the redhead and black-haired cheerleaders meet one of Crash's buddies, a black-haired jock, in the high school parking lot. The redhead cheerleader asks if he heard about what happened to Crash.
Later, the redhead cheerleader is again in the girl's bathroom with the brown-haired and black-haired cheerleaders. The redhead cheerleader comments that Crash was kinda cute, not as hot as Matthew Fox, but not bad. Betty, disguised as Mallory, enters the girl's bathroom. The redhead cheerleader comments that Mallory has "righteous gams" and suggests that she try out for the squad next month, but Betty decides she can't take it anymore and all but declines.
Graphic Novel:Betty, Part 4
The black-haired jock is talking with the redhead, black-haired, brown-haired, and pig-tailed cheerleaders. The redhead cheerleader notes that what happened with Ren looks bad. The black-haired jock replies that it was just payback. He admits to them that he was involved in what happened to Ren, but blames Ren for his own fall down the hill and subsequent death. The redhead cheerleader tells the black-haired jock to remember his priorities, forget about what happened, and accompany her to the Homecoming pep rally.
A high school administrator convenes the pep rally and the cheer squad, including the redhead cheerleader, begins to rally. Betty creates mass illusions starting with making the pig-tailed cheerleader's skin appear to melt. The redhead cheerleader is speechless until boils appear on her arms, and then she shouts "Nooooooo--!" After the illusions fade, the students and faculty are still in shock from what happened. The redhead cheerleader hugs the black-haired and pig-tailed cheerleaders in fright and begins to repeatedly chant "OMIGOD..."
Notes
- In Betty, Part 1, she wears a t-shirt with the phrase "Lo is my homegirl".
- The redhead cheerleader says that Mallory has "righteous gams" (Betty, Part 2). The word gams is slang for "nice legs".
